The annual output of 2.8 billion meters of dyed and printed fabric project of Chizhou Juvaland (hereinafter referred to as "Juvaland") covers an area of 480mu, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. Since the commencement of construction in Nov 2023, the project has progressed rapidly. Currently, the construction of 10 buildings for the phase I annual output of 2.8 billion meters of printing and dyeing center project is intensively underway, and it is expected to be completed and accepted for inspection in advance in Aug 2024, entering the stage of equipment installation and commissioning.

"The 10 main buildings of the first phase of construction are each 3 floors high with a height of 8 meters, totaling an area of 280,000 square meters. The original plan was to complete the main construction by Oct, but according to the current progress, it is expected to be completed 2 months ahead of schedule. At that time, we will quickly organize the installation and commissioning of equipment, striving to enter the trial production stage by the end of the year." According to Dai Weimin, Chairman of Juvaland Industrial Co., Ltd., the construction of supporting facilities such as the phase I sewage treatment station will be launched recently, and the construction of 3 main buildings for the phase II project will also be started in May or Jun this year, with production and operation planned to commence in Aug or Sep of 2025.

After the completion and production of the project, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 7 billion yuan and provide nearly 5,000 job opportunities, promoting the formation of a relatively complete textile industry chain in the concentrated area and helping textile enterprises in the park to build a high-end fabric supply base in a clustered form.
