Instructions
1. Starting: first start the pump to make the sprinkler head spray into the cylinder, so as to let hot smoke enter into the cylinder.
2. Stopping: shut the pump after no hot smoke enter into the cylinder.

3. When the equipment is under operation, make sure the pump keeps working to spary fog, and never let it closed.
4 when using desulfurization tower, there will be a huge amount of dust in sidementation tank. So it very important to keep the tank clean, and do not let plastic sheet, wheat straw and other items drop into it, in order to prevent sprinkler head blocked (dust will not block sprinkler head).
5 Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides that contained in smoke could combine with water and change into acidic water. Acidic water not only affects desulfurizing effect, but also affects the pipes and the using life of water tank. So it is necessary to add alkali to keep the PH value of the tank over10.

Maintenance
1. Remove the accumulated ash and dust in the tank periodically to keep the cleanness of the water.
2. Replace the sprinkler head timely if it is damaged(generally speaking, inspection time is once every three months), otherwise, it won’t realize smoke-eliminating, dust removing and desulfurizing effect.
3. The maintenance of pumps should according to the pump instructions. (Especially that bearing block can not work without lubricant oil; lubricant oil should be replaced every six months usually), so as to prevent pump from wearing, leakage, dropping in pressure, and failure on atomization function.
