Application:
TS008D Big Bobbin winding machine, it’s for high speed yarn winding or rewinding using, suit for winding like Fiber yarns, Cotton yarns, FDY, Polyester yarns and etc, and it can take up with Conical Cone or Tube bobbins. It has the feature of High Efficiency and well take-up finished shape, can alleviate the intensity of labour for next processing work.Tight winding：
Soft winding： 1.Drive: every spindle per motor.
2. Winding speed: 300-1000m/min;
3. Auto-stop when yarn Break;
4.Package diameter and take uplength: Diameter≤290mm.The take up length is 250mm
5.Each spindle with length counter
6. LED Controller
1.Drive: every spindle per motor.
2. Winding speed and density:800m/min for cotton yarn and 600m/min for polyester yarn. The density is 0.2-0.4g/cm3(depends on yarn types);
3. Electronically anti-patterning function;
