Airlaid paper production line consists of a feeding system and main manufacturing part system.

Feeding system consists of Direct feeding type batching machine, Pre Grinder, Main Grinder, Storage tank, Batching machine, Mix feeding Fan and etc.

Main manufacturing part system consists of Forming part, Excessive part, Heating part, cooling part, Transmission pary, Brush net part, Automatic winding and changing the roll and etc.

Installation and commissioning

The Seller sends 3-4 personnel (electrical, mechanical assembly, training and guidance personnel) to guide the installation, commissioning. The Buyer shall arrange 5-8 person for installation. The installation and commissioning time is 30 days. The Buyer shall be responsible for the wages, allowances, accommodation and related expenses of the seller's installers. During installation, the Buyer shall be equipped with 5T forklift, elevator, or professional installation team.
