1. How to customize my ideal products?
You can provide us your AI,CDR,PDS,PDF design, our designer will send you the artwork to confirm and provide you small swatch panel within 30 minutes. After confirmation, we will send you samples within 2 days.

2. How to pay?
We support T/T transfer and Western Union. 50% deposit before producing, 50% balance before loading.

3. What is the delivery time?
It depends on order quantity.
Generally, the delivery time will be within 18 days if within 50pcs

4. If I don't have AI, PSD,CDR fiile, what should we do?
You can send us your design by JPG or just your idea, our designer can help you finish the perfect design.

5. Can I get some existing samples ?
