Multifunctional Bleaching Agent SB-LP900

Multifunctional bleaching agent SB LP900 can effectively replace most of agents used in the traditional sodium hydroxide bleaching process, suitable for cotton and its blends. It can be used in various processes, such as dye vat dyeing, jet overflow dyeing and pad dyeing and so on.

Applications

1. Discontinuous process---suitable for yarns, knit fabrics and towels

     Reference Recipe:

 Process: prepare chemicals→cloth entering→90~95°C×30mins→warm washing→cold washing→cloth discharging

2. Continuous process---suitable for cotton woven fabrics, knit fabrics and towels

Reference Recipe:

      Process

(1) grey fabric→singeing→extingiushing→padding (pick up: 100%)→ steaming at 102°C for 50~70mins→warm washing→cold washing→drying

(2) grey fabric→singeing→extingiushing→padding (pick up: 100%) →cold pad batch for 8~24hrs→steaming at 102°C for 15~30mins→warm washing→cold washing→drying

Storage

   Package: 25kg/plastic woven or kraft paper bags. Shelf life: one year.

   This product is easier to absorb moisture, so keep in a cool, dry and dark place. Use as soon as possible after opening, prevent moisture caking. Avoid contacting with heavy metals and reducing substances in the storage and application process.
