More info about suede:
Micro suede is made of sea-island yarn, it is one kind of microfiber yarn and produced by the KARL MAYER two bars warp knitting machines,the pile is very dense, smooth, soft. the best machine to produce suede is in 32 needle, the normal yarn we used are 50D*75D, the weight is 120gsm-160gsm if in 50D*50D, the weight is 90gsm-110gsm, now the highest weight we can make is 220gsm.
Suede fabric could be done many further processes and treatments,such as bonding, foil stamping, printing, punching, embroidery etc,
