I'm looking for products with the following specifications:

Below are the sizes and descriptions of the product that we need quotes.  The fabric is a 1.5 – 2.0oz nonwoven Accord similar to what is sold from HS Converting.  The seat and back have a zipper along the center of the bottom border for the back and along the center of the back border for the bottom.  The seat has three separate law labels sewn into the cover.  The arm cushions or bolsters require a cover that has an overlap at the opening but no zipper.

The interior components will be fabricated by HSM from polyurethane foam and inserted into the nonwoven cover that you are being asked to source.  Then those pieces will be placed into a finished slip cover provide by the customer ready to be sold to the end consumer.  The chair comes in three sizes, small, medium, and large.

2 – Arm Cushions 6" diameter x 11.5" length 8" diameter x 15.75" length 9.5" diameter x 18" length

Seat 19.75" x 11.5" x 6" 15.75" x 25" x 8" 18.5" x 29.75" x 9.25"

Back 19.75" x 17" x 5" 22.5" x 25" x 5.5" 24.5" x 29.75" x 6.5"

 The chair consists of a foam seat, foam back, and foam arm bolsters that enclosed in a sewn non-woven cover, then placed with a personalized finished cover.  I am needing a quote on the sewn non-woven cover for the foam inserts
