In addition to industry fluctuations, it can be seen that Chinese companies have also sped up transformation and upgrading under great pressure.

There will be new members entering cellulose fiber industry in the future and lyocell as well as nonwovens are still the hotspots at present. Among them, the former is mainly attributed by the multiple layouts by the leading company--Sateri, and the latter becomes more popular in 2020. Compared with the active investment in downstream product manufacturing last year, the companies are more concentrated on the production of high whiteness VSF this year.

After years of hard work, we can also see some achievements made by leading Chinese enterprises like certification audit and the launch of a series of finished products coopered with end-user market, which are all enhancing the environmental image of enterprises and fibers.

The scale of traditional textile-grade cellulose fiber is still growing, and the trend of differentiation is also accelerating. Large enterprises pay more attention to the connection from raw materials to end-user market and we can see more and broader space for cooperation and development in the future.
