Turkey made final judgment of the third anti-dumping sunset review on synthetic filament fabrics from China

On January 28, 2021, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey issued notice No. 2021/3 on synthetic filament fabrics (Turkish: sentetik filament iplikten dokunmu) originating in China, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand and Taiwan, China. It made the affirmative final decision of the third anti-dumping sunset review and decided to maintain the anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries and regions. The anti-dumping duties on CIF (CIF) are as follows: 42.44% anti-dumping duty on Chinese products whose unit weight is more than 110g/sqm, and 21.13% anti-dumping duty on Chinese products whose unit weight is less than or equal to 110g/sqm. Anti-dumping duties of 7.76%-42.44%, 14.64%-40.00%, 8.67%-30.93% and 13.91%-30.84% respectively are levied on the products involved in the case in Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand and Taiwan, China respectively. The announcement shall take effect from the date of announcement and shall be valid for 5 years.
