Turkey issues notice to make a final anti-dumping sunset review of polyester yarns originating in China

On February 3, 2021, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey issued notice No. 2021 / 6 to make a final anti-dumping sunset review of polyester yarns originating in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, and to maintain the anti-dumping duty on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries: US$268-351/mt for that from China, US $48-240/mt for those from Indonesia, US $276/mt for those from Malaysia, 6.88-37.69% of CIF price from Thailand and 34.81-72.56% of CIF price from Vietnam. The Turkish tax code of the products involved is 5402.33. The announcement shall take effect from the date of promulgation and shall be valid for 5 years.
