60kt/year Lycra spandex production line to start operation in end-2021 in Yangquan

The project of Yangquan Fashion Science and Technology Innovation Industrial City in China is a key project to promote the development of new material industry in our city. It took less than 3 months from the early planning to lay the foundation. At present, the construction of the project was advancing rapidly with high quality.

The project of Yangquan Fashion Science and Technology Innovation Industrial City in China is jointly invested and constructed by the local government of Yangquan City, Huayang New Materials Science and Technology Group and Shandong Ruyi Group. The project aims at opening up the whole industry chain of modern coal chemical industry in the field of new materials. It is the only new material chain industry in the country from coal raw materials to end-user products. The project will follow the process path of coal, ethylene glycol to textile, printing and dyeing, branded apparels and build fiber new materials and green printing and dyeing industry technology research institute. Phase I project will construct a 60kt/year Lycra spandex production line, which is expected to start operation by Dec 20, 2021, and the second phase will build a 350kt/year differential polyester fiber production line, which is scheduled to begin operation in Sep 2022.
