Brazil launches anti-dumping investigation on PFY originated from China

On March 5, 2021, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Secretariat issued a notice in the Federal Government Gazette, deciding to launch an anti-dumping investigation on polyester yarn products originating in China. The Hs code of products involved is as following: 54023310, 54023320 and 54023390.

The relevant answer paper should be submitted through (SDD), the electronic system of the Brazil Trade Protection Agency, within 30 days, and the answer period can be extended by up to 30 days, and the application should be made before the expiration date.
