Fujian Hengju's 30kt/year differential functional spandex project starts construction

It was reported that the 30kt/year differential functional spandex project of Fujian Hengju New material Technology Co., Ltd. has been successfully started at the end of March.

Fujian Hengju New material Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Kemen Industrial Park, Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. It has phase I differential functional spandex project with 30kt/year of capacity, with a total investment of nearly 900 million yuan, including 3 polymerization production lines and 8 spinning production lines, and its final capacity is expected to reach 30kt/year.

The project adopts advanced continuous polymerization/dry spinning production process, the core equipment adopts imported equipment, the main construction area is 49005.66 square meters, and the new production capacity is 30kt/year of differential functional spandex. Among them, 40D is scheduled to account for 60%, and other fine denier filament varieties will take up 40%.
