Anhui Haoyuan's 400KTA nylon 66 project EIA report approved

Recently, the official website of Fuyang people's Government issued a letter on the examination and approval of the environmental impact report of the 400kt/year nylon 66 project of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd.

The project is located in the north and east factory areas of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd.,, which is in Fuyang Coal-based New Materials Industrial Park. The construction content includes 270kt/year nitric acid plant, 240kt/year cyclohexanol plant, 320kt/year adipic acid plant, 400kt/year nylon 66 polymer plant and supporting auxiliary facilities. 

Nitric acid and cyclohexanol will be all used to produce adipic acid. 

Of the 320kt/year adipic acid capacity, 260kt/year will be used as raw materials for the production of its downstream nylon 66 chip, and all the 400kt/year nylon 66 chip will be sold to the market. The rest of 60kt/year adipic acid will be sold as merchant goods to the market. 

East plant: cyclohexanol plant, nitric acid plant, 1#adipic acid plant, 1#adipic acid recovery unit, 2#adipic acid plant, 2#adipic acid recovery unit, 1#CDM treatment unit, 2#CDM treatment unit. 

North plant: 1#nylon 66 plant, 2#nylon 66 plant, 3#nylon 66 plant, 4#nylon 66 plant. 

The construction cycle is initially planned as 24 months.
