Eastern Shenghong achieves an operating income of 63.822 billion yuan in 2022: high-speed layout of mega refining + new material

In 2022, Eastern Shenghong achieved an operating income of 63.822 billion yuan and a net profit of 548 million yuan belonging to the shareholders of the listed company. By the end of the reporting period, the total assets of the company were 166.512 billion yuan and the net assets belonging to the shareholders of the listed company were 35.701 billion yuan.

Eastern Shenghong is currently planning and building three million-ton new energy materials projects: million-ton EVA, million-ton acrylonitrile and million-ton degradable materials, hoping to accelerate the transformation to a world-class new energy and new materials high-tech industrial cluster.

Million tons of EVA: D Eastern Shenghong already has a production capacity of 300000 tons of EVA, and plans to build 700000 tons of EVA and 50, 000 tons of Enba high-end polyolefin materials in the future, which will be gradually put into production at the end of 2024 and completed in 2025.

Million tons of acrylonitrile: at present, the company has 780000 tons/year of acrylonitrile capacity. Eastern Shenghong expects to add 260000 tons/year of capacity in 2023, and the totaln capacity will reach 1.04 million tons, ranking first in the world.

In addition, millions of tons of degradable plastics, it is understood that Eastern Shenghong's current phase has been planned to build 340000 tons/year of maleic anhydride, 300000 tons/year of BDO and 180000 tons/year of PBAT, planned to be fully put into production in 2024, thus Eastern Shenghong's degradable plastic capacity will also reach the level of millions of tons.

Judging from the overall development rhythm and trend of Eastern Shenghong, the company has made a rapid leap from the traditional refining and chemical polyester fiber field to the new energy and new materials field.
