During the reporting period, Peacebird achieved revenue of 8.602 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.24%, net profit of 185 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 72.73%, deducted non-net profit of -26.8409 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 105.16%, which was the first loss since its listing.

According to the announcement, Peacebird stated that changes in the external operating environment in 2022 led to large fluctuations in the company's performance, exposing the room for improvement in the overall risk-resistance ability and operating quality of the company, which will promote the transformation and upgrading of the company's organization and model, and promote the company's transformation from scale growth-oriented to high-quality sustainable growth.

The revenue of all brands of Peacebird declined in 2022. Among them, PEACEBIRD women's and men's clothing achieved revenue of 3.274 billion yuan and 2.922 billion yuan respectively, a year-on-year decline of 26.99% and 13.27% respectively, gross profit margins were 49.21% and 50.23% respectively, a decrease of 6.66% and 3.09%. The revenue of LEDIN girls' wear and Mini Peace children's wear fell by 28.25% and 13.87% to 1.003 billion yuan and 1.097 billion yuan respectively, and the gross profit margin was 44.19% and 49.89%, respectively, decreasing by 4.62% and 1.38%.
