Turkey makes the final judgment of the third anti-dumping sunset review on Chinese polyurethane impregnated textiles

On Apr 8, 2023, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey issued notice No. 2023/14, which affirmed the third sunset anti-dumping review of polyurethane impregnated textiles originating in China [Turkish: mensucat,poliüretanla emdirilmi textile, s "vanm textile", kaplanm "veya lamine edilmi"-deri taklidi/di erleri (PÜsuni deri). It will continue to impose anti-dumping duties of US$1/kg on the products under tariff No. 5903.20.10.10.00 and 5903.20.10.90.00, and US$2.2/kg on the products under tariff numbers 5903.20.90.10.00 and 5903.20.90.90.00. The measures shall take effect from the date of publication of the announcement and shall be valid for 5 years.
