Semir's profit soars 49% in the first quarter

Semir Apparel recently announced the first quarter report of 2023. During the reporting period, the group's operating income fell by 9.3% year-on-year to about 3 billion yuan, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies rose by 48.85% to 311 million yuan. The net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 292 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 58.34%.

On the basis of developing the Asian market, the company plans to further apply the brand's product advantages, design advantages and mature supply chain system innovation to the African market.

Up to now, the company has opened 61 stores in overseas market and Chinese Hong Kong, including 25 Semir stores and 36 Balabala stores. It is expected to open 200-300 stores this year.
