Yanchang Petroleum signs a strategic cooperation framework agreement on PTMEG with Oilfield Gas Company and Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Company

On June 28, 2023, Shanghai Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yanchang Petroleum Products Distribution Company, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on polytetrahydrofuran (PTMEG) with Oilfield Gas Company and Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Company. Liu Huawen, Deputy General Manager of the Products Distribution Company, Wang Liang, Deputy General Manager of Oilfield Gas Company, Ji Yudong, General Manager of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Company, and Xu Yansheng, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Company, attended the signing ceremony.

Shanghai Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yanchang Petroleum Products Distribution Company, primarily responsible for the sales and storage of chemical products in the East China and North China regions. In recent years, its business revenue has grown rapidly. Oilfield Gas Company is a subsidiary of Yanchang Petroleum Refining Company, established on June 1, 2016. Its main products include 50,800 tons/year of 1,4-BDO, 48,500 tons/year of PTMEG, 105,900 tons/year of MEG, etc. It has achieved continuous breakthroughs in the research and production of fine chemical products. Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Company is a large-scale enterprise in China that produces textile raw materials. Its main products include the "Bailu" brand of regenerated cellulose filament and spandex. The company's products have not only been recognized by domestic customers but also exported to more than 30 countries and regions including Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, and India.
