Luxi Chemical restarts second CPL line

Luxi Chemical has restarted the 100kt/year old CPL line, and the average operating rate of the 300kt/year CPL plant has reached 90%. 

Luxi has restarted 5 nylon 6 chip production lines of a total capacity of 250kt/year, and is planning to restart the 6th nylon 6 line (50kt/year) recently.
