Argentina makes a preliminary anti-dumping decision on Chinese synthetic warp knitted fabrics

On July 25, 2023, the Argentine Ministry of Economic Affairs issued notice No. 1131 of 2023, making a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on synthetic warp knitted fabrics originating in China, initially ruling that no provisional anti-dumping duty would be imposed and continuing the anti-dumping investigation. The products involved include synthetic fiber warp knitted fabrics (Raschel) with a width not exceeding 30 cm and elastic yarn content greater than or equal to 5% by weight (excluding rubber thread), and synthetic fiber ribbons with one or two non-linear sides with elastic yarn content greater than or equal to 5% by weight (excluding rubber thread), relating to products under tax numbers 6002.40.20 and 6307.90.90. The announcement shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
