Shenyuan's cyclohexanone project phase II commenced

Recently, the third section project of the 200,000 ton/year cyclohexanone project of Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd., built by Western Branch of China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd., has been successfully put into operation. 

 

The construction of this project section includes cyclohexanol refining, hydrogen compression, hydrogen purification, hydrogenation hydration, intermediate tank group, device tank group, and civil and installation works of inside and outside pipes and pipe galleries (equipment, pipelines, electrical, instrumentation, water supply and drainage), etc. Among them, there are 321 equipment installations, 170,000 dyne process pipelines, 240 electrical equipment, 140,000 meters of electrical cables, 1500 instrument equipment, and 380,000 meters of instrument cables.

On May 23, 2022, the Lianjiang Ecological Environment Bureau of Fuzhou City planned to approve the environmental impact assessment report of the 200,000 ton/year polyamide integration project of Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. phase III.

Construction Site: Kemen Industrial Park, Lianjiang County

Construction Unit: Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd.

Project Overview: The project has an annual output of 200,000 tons of polyamide. The project plans to build a 200,000 ton/year cyclohexanone unit, a 200,000 ton/year caprolactam unit, and a 200,000 ton/year polyamide unit in the Kemen Industrial Park of Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City. At the same time, supporting facilities such as desalination water condensation station, water supply and drainage, waste gas and waste liquid incineration and ammonium sulfate residue incineration unit, storage tanks, etc. will be constructed. The building area is 61,121.1 square meters, forming an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of polyamide and 280,000 tons of by-product ammonium sulfate.
