Shenghong reduces reformer, cracker and PX unit operating rates unexpectedly

Shenghong reduced the operating rates of its reformer, cracker and PX units unexpectedly during last weekend and is expected to recover in near term. The operating rate of its PX units has been lowered to around 50%.
