MAIN USE:

| Water Spray System |
The water spray system consists of several water pipes with small holes on it which can make sure the water spray is very uniform on the whole mesh screen.

The two vibration motors are installed at the bottom of the machine and completely sealed.
The soft rubber absorbers create uniform and quite vibration for each layer of screen.

FEATURE:
The machine is designed according to GMP standard and has the features of compact structure, non-dust flying, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, convenient maintenance. The machine is suitable for line production. It is an ideal device for granules that has uneven size to sieve continuously.
WORKING METHOD:
The machine consists of vertical vibration motor, screen base, mesh frame, screening chamber and rubber vibration ring and so on. The vibrating ball on mesh bracket flaps the mesh continuously so that the screen is not easy to be blocked. This machine can be used either for single layer or multi-layer grading.
Principle:
- ZS series vibration sieve is suitable for in line production. It is an device for granule that has uneven size to sieve continuously.
- The machine consists of hopper, vibration chamber and coupling and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber soft parts, main shaft bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric weight can drive to the central line of main shaft through motor. Under the unstable state, it produces centrifugal force that makes raw material form vortex in the sieve. The size of amplitude of eccentric weight can be regulated in accordance with the different raw materials.
- The whole structure of machine is compact, small in volume, no dust, low in noise, low in energy consume, convenient in moving and maintenance.
