Payment Mode: (a) 30% advance and 70% at delivery.
Validity: 90 days, negotiable

Documents:
Quote the price of each item separately. It is preferable to provide the quotation in RMB currency.

HS Code, Packing details and Port of loading
Provide the manufacturer certificates, country of origin, manufacturer brand name and the contact detail of supplier and manufacturer.
Documentation (hard and soft form) in English: installation and operating instruction manuals, technical drawing.
Quotation must be accompanied with detail technical literature/brochure, service and operational manual etc
Our buying request reference number must be mentioned in quotation and any other document provided by your side.
Your offer must be complete with all aspects. The quotations, which do not fulfill above terms, will    be rejected. All documents must be in English.
