I’m Zoe Holman from the dutch brand POM Amsterdam. I’m sourcing for a producer of pillow filling. POM Amsterdam used to only sell scarfs, but from next season (FW 16/17) we will also start with a home collection. You can have a look at our new collection at: I really hope you can help us with the production of the pillow fillings.
I am sourcing for two different kinds of pillow fillings:
- Duck feathers with woven cover
- Siliconized hollow fiber with woven cover --> It is very important that the quality of the fibers is good, the fibers must be completely treated/curled. Poor/untreated fibers make the pillow heaver, cause the resilience to reduce quickly and will cause climbing.
The sizes that I am looking for are:
Duck feathers with woven cover:
- 30 x 50 (around 800 pieces)
- 50 x 50 (around 1800 pieces)
Siliconized hollow fiber with woven cover:
- 30 x 50 (around 800 pieces)
- 50 x 50 (around 1300 pieces)
- 40 x 60 (around 800 pieces)
I would like to receive below information:
- Prices per size
- Quantity discount
- MOQ
- Sampling time
- Production time
- Is it possible to receive samples of the above qualities/sizes?
