75,000 Polar Fleece Jackets - March delivery (quote this order and the following quantities)
then quote if given fleece for entire year(quote the 75,000pc and the following ones together as a year contract)
179,00 - August
43,725 - October
42,930 - November
Also 43,650 Fleece vest in November
and 28,688 (50" x 60") Fleece blankets in December (pls quote different weight for reference,170gms/180gsm and 200 gsm)
Specs are as follows:
Size breakdown 16% Med, 34% Large, 34% XL, 16% XXL (all sizes same price)
6 - 8K embroidery one location.
Full Zip - two pockets (no zippers on pockets), elasticated cuffs, woven zipper pull, polybagged each.
Please quote with and without a single zippered chest pocket.
Item must weigh no more than 14oz unit weight as the client will mail them out separate - and you please quote 200gsm and again it will be 14oz or lighter for all sizes but the XXL
So, what can you do to change the construction based on the pics attached to use 200gsm material and make this work.
The spec sheet is attached for mass production.
Our price cannot exceed USD3.50. MAX!!!! All must be 200gsm. So we are looking for your quote and suggestion how to make it at 3.5 or less each ,and no more than 14oz( approx. 397g)
Please study it closely. We have a major in at the clients but they will not be able to give us the order if we are not offering the same thing.
