This automatic vertical dyeing machine was designed for dyeing in one single operation the point and the edges of belts shoulder-straps for bags, bands, strips and so on.
The machine is equipped with a 2 dyeing programs electronic card control speed variator, slow for the point and fast for the edges. Work speed variations follow one another automatically; it is possible to modify the two speeds.
The machine is fitted with accident-prevention devices according to the lows in force. 

  FEATURES:
§  Average dyeing time: 3-4 seconds on 1 m. belts.
§  Material guides and dyeing rollers can be interchanged very easily - the pressure of the dyeing rollers can be adjusted on the material.
§  Height adjustable base. - Min. worked thickness: mm. 0.5, max. 10 mm. width: from 2 to 90 mm.

Upon request the width can be varied from 0 to 130 mmThis machine can be combined to our drying ovens mod. SM.9043 and SM.1044ECO/B

§  Side assembly of the edge-dyeing head (mod. SM.9042/TV3 - SM.9042/326 SM.9042/327 - SM.9042/TV2)
§  TIMER for final braking which allows to the operator to obtain a better grip of the dyed material from the two dyeing rollers (mod. SM.9042GR3)
