The SM.TV3 edge dyer has a new design and revolutionary new working system. It may be used in many leather working sectors for dyeing the edges of components or assembled products such as bags, briefcases, suitcases, saddles, attaché cases, small leather articles, etc. It may also be used in the shoe making industry for dyeing the edges of soles. When we designed this machine, we drew upon our long experience with edge dyeing machines and sought the best technological alternatives to meet all types of working needs.
The peculiarity of this machine is in fact the use of a dyeing belt which is able to follow the shape of the article (particularly concave curves) quickly, accurately and completely silently. Its characteristic vertical working position allows considerable energy saving with a remarkable increase in productivity. It is fitted with a motor with electronically controlled speed variator.
The possibility of setting the required speed makes the machine more practical and improves finished product quality. It may be supplied with a height adjustable base, or with the working head only.
The machine is fitted with accident prevention devices according to the laws in force.
