Dupont lining provides a barrier to wind and water. Its unique nonwovens structure allows air and vapor to pass through.
Dupont downlining is formed with continuous and very fine filament of 100% high density polyethylene which are randomly distributed. These filaments are first flash-spun, then laid as a web on a moving belt before they are bonded together by heat and pressure without binders, or fillers.
Dupont lining provides a barrier to wind and water. Its unique nonwovens structure allows air and vapor to pass through, but not water.
It allows minimal down feather migration.
