Smc-302 is a compact fully computerized jacquard flat kntting machine with double system all parameters are fully computerized tuned as required, machine is also well equipped with auto-stop funation by erro detection devices and unique sinker system to enable more flexible knitting function, all controlled by computeriized needl selector, the machine can execute full-function jacquard and full-fashion structure
Stitch System: The design of the carriage is engineered to be built upon 4 angle supporting design. Stitch quality is controlled independently by stepping motors attached with stitch cam within carriage.
Presser Foot System: The presser foot system of SMC-302S located in non-knitting area with open sinker system to allow special knitting structure such as pocket and beetle-structure.
Pressing Cam: SMC-302 pressing cam can knit, tuck, rest; or transfer, receive, rest or coarse stitch, fine stitch, or rest in the simultaneous course. The device allows knit-tuck-miss or "transfer-receiving-miss" of "coarse-stitch, tight stitch & miss" at the same course.
CAD Design System: All knitting parameters controlling stitch, speed, tension, and other knitting characteristics can be entered into CAD system for programming.
Operation Design: Machine is equipped with unique touch-panel operation, all parameters are clearly displayed in the panel screen, and adjustable whenever required.
