- It adopts the computer-controlled box. Every shuttle channel is controlled by figure input. Inputs the procedure of pattern and chain, using U disk to store pattern and is easy to operate.
- The shuttle channel has 8 lines and every line has 4 shuttles.
- It adopts step-in motor to control the density of fabric.
- It uses imported high-speed steel wire raceway.
- It adopts imported air valve to adjust line to guarantee the steady of adjusting.
- The lubricating oil system is controlled by computer to guarantee the steady of oil quantity.
- It adopts self-stop devices such as device of yarn-storage and needle-broken to reduce the inferior fabric.
