High overturn tray

(1)Low overturn tray:

It is made up of bracket, level roller and vertical roller. Bracket is steel structure. Level roller and vertical roller are ø54mm steel pipe. Bearing model:6005-Z. Level roller supports strip steel auxiliarily, and vertical roller can adjust and guide the strip, it is suit for the bandwidth:500-1000mm.

(2)High overturn tray:

Comprised of bracket, level roller and vertical roller. Bracket is steel structure. Level roller and vertical roller are  ø54mm steel pipe. Bearing model:6005-Z.Level roller supports strip steel auxiliarily , and vertical roller can adjust and guide the strip it is suit for the bandwidth≤1000mm.

(3)Angle-adjustable overturn tray:

Comprised of support frame, coupling half, adjustable roller and blocking roller. support frame is steel structure. Adjustable roller are φ89steel pipe. Bearing model6207-ZRS. Supports strip steel auxiliarily, it is suit for the bandwidth ≤240. Flip angle can be adjusted with the strip. The strip turns from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction into the spiral accumulator.
