Application:

Colored coating process with film touch on pure cotton, P/C,etc. for only

one application.

Characteristic:

1. Obvious film touch after one time coating application.
2. Fluffy, smooth-tactility, good elastic and brightness.
3. Super fastness.

pH value               7±0.5

Ionicity                 anionic

Using method:

1. With or without water-proofing treatment to fabric process.
2. 2.     Coating fabric with FS-811 with 3-8% color in, then stirring evenly ready for using. Baking at the temperature of 150-160°C, for 1 min. Calendering process after coating is strongly recommended which makes more comprehensive film touch to fabric.

Ecological data:

It is a non-toxicity, non-pollution, and environmental product. General chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.

Package and storage:

  Be packed in plastic casks of 25/50kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside. This products should be kept in shady, cool and dry places. Prohibit storing it below 0°C. The shelf life is six months
