1) Remove the back paper
2) Place the iron-on onto the garment, press with an iron or heat presser
at a temperature of 120 - 180 degrees for 20 - 30 seconds; for best results,
press the reverse side of the garment; do not use steam or steam hole
3) We recommend users to place a piece of white pawhite paper between front and
back of the garment to ment to prevent it fent it from sticking togrom sticking togking togking togethe together

t;br>4) Allow the garment to cool for 10 minutes, then slowly remove the plastic
film from the garment
