Description:

• LION microfiber opening machine can be used to open siliconized micro fiber in home textile filling area.
• The micro fiber is possibly to be opened for more than 90%.
• To keep good working environment without mess by the micro fiber, the machine will be processed with good sealing condition.
• Automatic raw material feeding conveyer function is to send the material into the opening rollers automatically, so that assures the operators safety.
• There is a track device under the conveyer and fixed into the roller edge, so that the conveyer can be running in a straight way without deviation damage.
• The developed rollers are assembled with metallic V-wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.
