• The line is assembled with ball fiber producing unit, fiber transporter, fiber mixer and one piece of mini pillow blower.
• The application material is conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that 7D /15D and 64mm /51mm length is the best material choice.
• The ball fiber size can be adjusted
• All machine key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens and Omron.
• The machine line is working without noise because of the well dynamic balance is process to the rollers.
• Can be mix raw material, such as, foam, feather, opened fiber , ball fiber, micro fiber, ball fiber etc. So it can be assemble with ball fiber machine, fiber opening machine, micro fiber opening machine according the requirement of customer.
