Tube welding mill line(Cage)

A.  VZH-16 & VZH-20 ERW Steel Tube Welding Mill Line is designed to produce round tubes with Dia. 8mm~26mm and shaped tube(square & rectangular), the tube mainly applied in manufacturing immersion heater tubes and refrigerators tubes and suitable sizing thin-wall tubes.

VZH-25 ERW Steel Tube Welding Mill Line is designed to produce round tubes with Dia. 10mm~28mm and shaped tube(square & rectangular), the tube mainly applied in manufacturing Low-pressure fluid tubes; boiler tubes; mechanical parts, frame tubes, fitness equipment pipes, furniture tubes, decoration tubes, etc.

Basic Configuration：

Double-head Uncoiler → Shearing Machine & Butt Welding Machine(Ready by customer) → Vertical Cage → Forming Machine → High Frequency Induction Welder → De-Burr Frame（Outside）→ Seam Grind Unit → Cooling Trough → Sizing Mill → Straightening → CNC Flying Sawing →Run-out Table
