Good laminating properties: Bicomponent PE/PP and PE/PET nonwovens are sheath-core structure. The component of the sheath is polyethylene. It has lower melting point. The component of the core is polypropylene or polyester. Just because these two materials have higher melting point. So, it maintains the high tensile strength and also has good laminating properties. The melting point of the sheath and core difference between 30 to 130 degrees centigrade. Hence, the production process is easy to control. Composite processing is including cast, ultrasonic and thermal compound method and others. Applications: disposable baby diaper and feminine products, medical products,adult incontinence products, high-end face mask, surgical gowns, special bags for protecting electronic products, composite material, coating, substrate material,various protective clothing, composite packaging materials, clothing interlinings and so on.
