| Note: | I order evening dress from Suzhou Jinchang District Jinfurong Wedding Dress Factory send them all my sizes(even bigger) and when I got the dress it was very small. I contacted Ms. Sharon Le from the factory and told her that dress not my size. She told me to measure ,make a photo and send it to her. I did it, hips for 8 inches smaller, bust for 4 inch smaller and I can not say anythink about waist bicouse waist same size like hips. I try get into the dress from bottom and from the top but I could not make it. she did not answer and I called her and asked what to do with the dress. She told me that they never mistake and she needs ask manager. I like fabric even it"s wrong color, I like quility but I need dress that match my sizes and in my case I proved , I send a photo, that I send them correct sizes and they did wrong dress. Can you tell me what should I do. Ms. Sharon told me that I must send dress back and they will invistigate, I can send but who should pay shipping cast , or how I get my money back.? I hope you get back to me as soon as possible. |
