Maleic anhydride-based BDO project of Qingyang Tongxin achieves new progress

It was reported that the public participation in the environmental impact assessment of the 500kt/year light hydrocarbon deep processing project of Qingyang Tongxin Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. was announced for the first time on November 13.

Project overview: the project covers an area of about 800 mu. The main construction contents are 500kt/year LPG desulfurization unit, 400kt/year LPG separation unit, 180kt/year normalization unit, 180kt/year maleic anhydride plant, 70kt/year succinic anhydride plant, 80kt/year BDO plant and 30kt/year PBS unit, as well as supporting public works, storage and transportation facilities, auxiliary facilities and so on. The main products include propylene, maleic anhydride, succinic anhydride,γ-butyrolactone, BDO, tetrahydrofuran and degradable plastic PBS.
