Xinjiang textile project advances with 20% completion

Construction is well underway at the Xinjiang Runze Textile Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Runze Textile") new intelligent 100,000-spindle compact spinning project, with 20% of the engineering work already completed.

Located in the Tiemenguan Economic and Technological Development Zone, the 210-million-yuan project includes the construction of one main factory building and two warehouses. Since breaking ground in April this year, the main structural work has been advancing rapidly, with completion expected by the end of November. Trial operations are scheduled to begin in December.

The facility will feature state-of-the-art automated and intelligent production equipment, positioning it among China's most advanced textile manufacturing bases. Key innovations include full-process intelligent spinning and automated mid-process quality detection, significantly reducing labor intensity for workers. The company's flagship product-60-count and above compact combed pure cotton yarn-stands out for its high twist, superior strength, and dyeability, filling a gap in Xinjiang's high-end yarn market.

Upon full operation, the plant is projected to produce 10,000 tons of yarn annually, generating 300 million yuan in output value and creating nearly 100 local jobs. The project marks a significant step in upgrading Xinjiang's textile industry while boosting regional economic growth.
