On August 26, the Phase I project of Yinchuan Lycra, with an annual output of 30,000 tons of spandex, located in Suyin Industrial Park, was officially put into production. Jointly built by Yinchuan Shengrong Investment Co., Ltd. and Lycra Inc. (U.S.), this project has efficiently revitalized existing assets by introducing brands, technologies, and professional teams.

It is understood that the total investment of Phase I of Yinchuan Lycra Spandex Project is 811 million yuan. By renovating a building area of nearly 96,000 square meters, the project focuses on the production of high-end chemical fiber Lycra products, with an annual output of 30,000 tons, further improving the layout of Yinchuan's fiber material industry chain. After the project reaches full production and achieves expected benefits, it is estimated to drive employment for about 500 people.

A relevant person in charge of the Administrative Committee of Suyin Industrial Park stated that since the project was restarted and revitalized, the park has provided full-process services in the form of "one commitment, one team, one fund". It has solved construction problems one by one, from small matters such as earthwork transportation and pipeline relocation to major issues such as asset transfer and project quality appraisal, and made every effort to ensure the progress of the project. The commissioning of this project not only fills the industrial gap in the field of high-end spandex materials in Yinchuan, but also injects strong impetus into the high-quality development of Suyin Industrial Park.

At the event site, Yinchuan Jintou Group, Lycra Group and the Administrative Committee of Suyin Industrial Park jointly signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the revitalization of the 30,000-ton Phase II project, marking that this key project of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has entered a new stage of comprehensive implementation.
