CPL industry high-level conference on high-quality development successfully held

Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued the "Announcement on Regulating Disorderly Price Competition and Maintaining a Sound Market Price Order" (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement"). To safeguard a sound market price order, and promote the high-quality development of the industry, the high-Level Conference on high-level conference on high-quality development of caprolactam industry was successfully held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province on November 21st.

Leaders from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, Fujian Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, 12 caprolactam-related enterprises including HSCC, Risun Group, Baling Hengyi, Luxi Chemical, Hualu Hengsheng, Lunan Chemical, Hengyi Petrochemical, Pingmei Shenma, Sanning Chemical, Hunan Petrochemical, Eversun Holding, and Tianchen Yaolong, as well as Huarui Information Consulting (CCFGroup), attended the conference.

With the theme of "Breaking the deadlock·win-win cooperation", the conference featured in-depth exchanges and learning on the content of the Announcement among participating representatives. The event further unified industry understanding, clarified development directions, and built consensus on self-regulation within the sector.

Representatives stated that in future production and operations, they will always adhere to the principles of fairness, legality, and good faith, consciously safeguard the industry's market price order, and jointly create a market environment of fair and orderly competition. They aim to achieve high-quality development through eliminating "involutionary" competition.
