ICE cotton futures market fluctuates up

ICE cotton futures market fluctuated up. Contract of Mar closed at 64.12cent/lb, up 0.26cent/lb and contract of May closed at 65.17cent/lb, up 0.25cent/lb. U.S. Fed announced to cut the interest rate, and U.S. agricultural crops gave different actions.

Cotlook A Index rose by 0.25cent/lb to 73.95cent/lb.
