ICE cotton futures market fluctuates downward

ICE cotton futures market fluctuated downward. Contract of Mar closed at 64.46cent/lb, down 0.39cent/lb and contract of May closed at 65.93cent/lb, down 0.34cent/lb. According to USDA, U.S. cotton export sales continued to drop and export shipments were basically flat.

Cotlook A Index reduced by 0.25cent/lb to 74.80cent/lb.
