Shenma PHP achieves full production and full sales

Since the start of 2026, the high?end nylon?66 airbag filament manufactuerer, Shenma PHP, has achieved full production and full sales of its products. In January, the average yield of top?grade products from the company's Phase?I, Phase?II and Phase?III production lines exceeded 91%. The top?grade yield of Phase?IV remained stable with a slight increase compared with last year. Product output rose by 164?tonnes year on year, marking a sound start to the year.

"With relatively stable processes, how can we increase output? We can only strive for every extra hour. On the premise of ensuring product quality, we must extend production time as much as possible and produce more top?grade products. Only in this way can we cope with the complex and volatile external environment with confidence." Su Tong, General Manager of the company, stated on February?12.

The company mainly produces high?end nylon?66 airbag filament, which has strict requirements for indicators such as broken filaments, fineness, tenacity and breaking elongation. To produce more top?grade products, the company implemented a full?process quality management system for production and manufacturing. It monitored equipment operation in real time, adjusted processes promptly according to the performance of raw material chips, reduced production fluctuations and broken filaments, and identified factors that may cause broken filaments. Operators were required to perform precise operations to minimize waste filament.
