The project is located in Plot No. 3 of the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, within the Northwest Suez Bay Economic Area of Ain Sokhna, Suez Governorate, Egypt. Covering an area of 5.5 hectares, the project includes the construction of three new production workshops, one office building, and one dormitory building, with a total gross floor area of 54020.99 square meters. It will install 60 new texturing (DTY) production lines along with corresponding auxiliary and utility facilities.

The total investment for the project is approximately USD 30 million. Construction commenced in August 2025, and the first batch of production equipment was put into operation in February 2026. Full-scale production across all equipment is expected by the end of 2026. Upon reaching full capacity, the facility will produce 130,000 metric tons of various types of textured polyester filament yarn (DTY) annually, create around 400 local jobs in Egypt, and generate estimated annual sales revenue of USD 150 million.
