This machine is a specialized equipment for washing king. It could weave 1 color metallic yarn or pp yarn.At same time,HC-M200 is with frequency converters that could achieve stepless speed adjusting and softing start.The advantage is not easy to break yarn.
Besides,on the transmission,It greatly improve machine speed by simplifed geared drive,also improve production efficiency greatly,but also avoids the older machines easy to wear the gear shaft defects.
Craft:
The knitting→putting the sponge→the heat seal,the cuff off(ultrasonic heat seal machine)→packing
Function: This machine can weave the single weft looped pile. The principle is that adopts polypropylene fiber to weave rock-bottom knitting, and metallic yarn or tinsel skirt knit upper loops. Meanwhile, computer control the jacquard and color changing of purl .Then it can knit the two different color purl interval square,the color is pretty.
